Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced OSH professional to lead the safety program. You will promote and coordinate comprehensive OSH activities, conduct investigations, inspections, and ensure timely reporting.

The role requires a four-year degree and at least five years in a supervisory capacity within a food manufacturing setting; DOLE OSH Practitioner certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a four-year degree.
• At least 5 years of extensive supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Certification as DOLE OSH Practitioner is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and coordinate a comprehensive OSH program and training of employees.
• Conduct accident investigations and analyses.
• Perform health and safety inspections to prevent accidents and illnesses.
• Assist government agencies in OSH inspections and investigations.
• Ensure timely submission of all OSH reportorial requirements and maintain records.
