Responsibilities

• Inspect the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
• Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
• Promotes safe practices at the job site.
• Enforces safety guidelines.
• Establishes safety standards and policies as needed.
• Monitor the safety of all workers and work to protect them from entering hazardous situations.
• Coordinate with HRD on relevant issues.
• Perform emergency response drills.
• Serves as the link between clients, contractors, and management.
• Manage well the site personnel and all lease operators, completing records, ensuring certifications and maintaining personnel data when require.
• Keep supervisor informed and seek directions on matter requiring deviation from established guidelines.
• Assist engineers to develop, recommend, and implement approved operating procedures.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Perform any related task that may be assigned from time to time.
