Job summary

hosting.com is seeking a Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers via live chat, tickets, and calls. You will assess hosting needs and guide customers through the sales process.

You will also generate new business through outbound campaigns, upsell existing accounts, and collaborate with support and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR/BDR or similar in tech/SaaS
• Outbound prospecting and sales outreach experience
• CRM management with accurate records
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Respond to live chat, tickets, and calls with clear information on hosting services
• Assess customer requirements to recommend hosting solutions
• Convert inquiries into sales and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of all hosting products to provide expert insights
• Collaborate with support/tech teams to resolve pre-sales inquiries
• Track and follow up on leads in the CRM to maximize opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to highlight value
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collect feedback to improve products and processes
• Generate qualified leads through outbound campaigns and outreach
• Upsell and cross-sell existing accounts
