Job summary
hosting.com is recruiting a Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers via live chat, support tickets, voice calls, and outbound outreach. Qualifications
- Experience in SDR/BDR or similar sales role in tech/SaaS.
- Proven outbound prospecting, lead generation, and outreach.
- Excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple conversations.

- Respond promptly to live chat, ticket, and voice inquiries with accurate information.
- Assess customer requirements to recommend hosting solutions.
- Convert inquiries into sales while ensuring smooth customer experience.
- Track leads in CRM and manage pipeline.

- Collaborate with support and technical teams on pre-sales inquiries.
