Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of onboarding and enablement programs with product training components.
• Build and manage learning journeys within the learning platform to ensure structure and reusability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding initiatives and measure effectiveness.
• Develop product tutorials, guides, and templates and stay updated with product changes.
