Job summary

SD Solutions is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead onboarding and configuration for clients, guiding them through live sessions and hands-on setup. You will work with customers to understand workflows, configure the system in real time, and ensure a ready-to-use account after onboarding.

You will coordinate with internal teams, document configurations, and advise on best practices to maximize adoption and reduce rework.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, professional services, or related configuration roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead live onboarding and training sessions with customers via video calls.
• Configure Connecteam based on client requirements (live and offline).
• Build and set up schedules, forms, templates, and policies.
• Upload and manage employee data (Excel/CSV imports).
• Perform QA and review setups before go-live; identify blockers early.
