Job summary

SD Solutions seeks a Professional Services Manager to drive top-notch onboarding and real-time configuration for clients. You will guide customers through video calls, understand business workflows, and ensure the system is configured accurately for immediate daily use.

Ideal candidates have SaaS onboarding experience, strong tech aptitude, and exceptional English communication. Remote role with US-hours support, collaborating with success teams and back-office staff to prevent rework and ensure

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, professional services, technical support, or back-office configuration.

Responsibilities

Lead live onboarding and training sessions with customers via video calls, understand workflows, and configure the system in real time.
Configure Connecteam based on requirements: time clocks, attendance rules, schedules, PTO, payroll policies, forms, checklists, permissions, groups & roles.
Build and set up schedules, rules, forms, templates, and policies.
Upload and manage employee data accurately (via Excel/CSV imports, data migrations).
Assist customers with data transitions (e.g., importing schedules from Excel).
Perform QA and review setups before go-live; identify blockers and missing inputs early.
Advise customers on best practices to ensure successful adoption.
Document configurations and action items clearly.
Coordinate with Customer Success, Online/Offline teams for smooth handoffs and follow-ups.
Ensure the account is ready for daily operations immediately after onboarding.
