Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong MS Office skills, and experience in SaaS or customer-facing environments. The position features a hybrid setup with onsite training and US-based night shift support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the stated fields.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience in software/SaaS or customer-facing environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain next steps clearly.
• Excellent organization, time-management and follow-up in deadline-driven settings.
• Customer service mindset with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Able to work with limited supervision and escalate when needed.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, adaptable to change and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support implementations for one or more RealPage products.
• Complete site setup and configuration using templates and rules.
• Coordinate deliverables and track milestones for on-time completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep implementations moving forward.
• Maintain project notes, activation dates, and backlog updates weekly.
• Provide timely status updates and raise blockers or risks to leadership.
• Assist with testing, validation, and customer readiness activities.
• Deliver professional customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
