Execo Group Inc. is seeking a Deal Analyst in the Philippines to act as an operational bridge between Sales, Finance, and Legal. You will coordinate approvals, manage Salesforce queues, and support cloud marketplaces with private offers on AWS, Azure, and GCP.

The role requires 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and the ability to translate technical or legal requirements into actionable tasks during peak periods.

Formación

• 3-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator with deep knowledge of workflows and case management.
• Ability to translate technical or legal requirements into clear action items for Sales teams.
• Highly skilled in Excel and Google Sheets; adapts quickly to tools like Slack and HubSpot.
• An eye for contract errors with the ability to thrive during fast-paced, end-of-quarter surges.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate approvals and act as the central contact to align Sales, Finance, and Legal on contract terms
• Manage Salesforce queues using technical expertise to resolve case queues and keep the CRM running smoothly
• Support cloud marketplaces by helping create and manage private offers on AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Audit contracts by reviewing documentation with high precision to ensure all language and data are correct before signing
• Optimize pipeline by monitoring the sales cycle to identify stalls and proactively push deals to the finish line
