Job summary

Solenis in Makati, Philippines seeks a Supply Chain/ S&OP professional to lead demand and supply planning for a product portfolio. You will drive consensus on demand, address supply constraints, and contribute to inventory and service targets through active forecast management.

You will facilitate regular demand reviews with Sales, maintain data integrity in planning systems, and provide timely updates to management on performance, production concerns, and supply initiatives to improve service

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Propagates and communicates the S&OP discipline in the country through regular and detailed demand reviews with Sales.
• Maintains accurate data, source list, MRP settings in SAP/WPR & Logility to enable proper data analytics.
• Conducts monthly demand reviews with sales team to discuss market updates and forecast biases.
• Provides regular updates to Management and to Sales on MTD sales performance vis-a-vis the latest demand forecast and supply concerns.
• Reviews open orders and provides updates to OTC and sales team.
• Reviews the monthly OTIF reports to identify delays and coordinate corrective actions.
• Reviews inventory weekly to ensure supply continuity and manage slow-moving stock.
• Update Import & Export summary at least weekly; keep full shipping documents.
• Verify vendor invoices against PO/OA prices; submit invoices for settlement on time.
• Reports directly to the Country Supply Chain Manager and consolidates monthly S&OP reports.
