Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a local team in Makati, driving efficiency in demand planning, 3PL performance, and inventory control. You’ll partner with Sales and Marketing to shape forecasts and ensure product availability across the business.

This hands-on leadership role impacts cost, service quality, and growth. University graduates with 3+ years in supply chain, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and strong communication are encouraged to apply; onsite Monday–Friday in

Qualifications

University graduate with a degree.
At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain management.
ERP experience required – SAP preferred (Oracle or similar acceptable).
Industry background in chemicals, equipment, or related fields is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Drive demand and supply planning to ensure products are available when and where needed.
Lead OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance analysis to meet customer expectations.
Maintain strong inventory control to balance service levels with cost efficiency.
Oversee logistics costs and standards, ensuring smooth and cost‑effective operations.
Take on ad hoc projects as needed, providing flexibility and leadership.
