Solenis is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a local team in Makati, driving efficiency in demand planning, 3PL performance, and inventory control. You’ll partner with Sales and Marketing to shape forecasts and ensure product availability across the business.

• Lead OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance analysis to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain strong inventory control to balance service levels with cost efficiency.
• Oversee logistics costs and standards, ensuring smooth and cost‑effective operations.
• Take on ad hoc projects as needed, providing flexibility and leadership.
