Job summary

Solenis Philippines seeks a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead demand and supply planning for a portfolio of products. You will drive the S&OP process, align demand forecasts with Sales Directors, and manage capacity planning to meet service targets.

You will maintain accurate data in G3 SAP/WPR and Logility, conduct monthly demand reviews, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to address supply constraints and improve OTIF and working capital metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading S&OP/demand planning processes.
• Ability to manage forecast and supply constraints for multiple products.
• Familiarity with SAP-based MRP and Logility data systems.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Proven data accuracy and reporting for inventory targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning for product portfolio.
• Coordinate S&OP reviews with Sales to validate forecasts.
• Maintain data accuracy and MRP settings in SAP/WPR and Logility.
• Provide monthly demand reviews and action plans for supply continuity.
• Monitor OTIF, inventory levels, and working capital performance.
