Job summary

You will support servers, coordinate with kitchen on order status, maintain clean service areas, and follow food safety standards. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner
• Ensure that each dish is complete, properly presented and matches the order ticket before serving
• Assist servers by placing dishes on the correct tables and explaining items to guests when needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding order status and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, food pass and dining area.
• Support servers with table clearing, resetting and water refilling
• Handle condiments, cutlery and additional items needed for service
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times
• Communicate with the dining and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
• willingness to work on flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
