Job summary

Coca-cola European Partners in Manila seeks an Associate Director to lead the Record to Report for Australia and New Zealand, transitioning financial accounting activities to our shared service center.

You will manage a team of senior managers and professionals, ensuring timely period-end closes, IFRS reporting, local GAAP, and tax compliance while driving continuous improvement. Strong SAP expertise and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years accounting experience within a multinational company or Big 4.
• 4 years on a leading accounting role.
• Fluent written and verbal skills in English.
• LEAN Six Sigma qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for Australia/New Zealand RTR.
• Ensure accurate period-end close and IFRS reporting packages.
• Oversee local GAAP and direct tax compliance.
• Support SOX controls and audits.
• Coach and develop team members and manage performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and standard RTR processes across BUs.
