Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Senior RTR/Financial Reporting professional to manage month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations in a shared services setup based in Pasay. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with global partners.

The candidate should have 4+ years in RTR/GL, familiarity with IFRS/US GAAP, and be open to a hybrid schedule in Pasay, with mid or night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA qualification is advantageous but not required.
• 4+ years of RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience, preferably in a Shared Services or BPO environment.
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana is highly advantageous.

The Successful Applicant

• Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm is desired.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Amenable to working on a hybrid setup based in Pasay. Open to mid shift or night shift schedule.
