Job summary

Michael Page in Pasay is seeking a Senior RTR professional to lead month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations. You will collaborate with global partners and support audits while driving process improvements and automation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accountancy/Finance, with 4+ years in RTR/GL roles, preferably in Shared Services or BPO. SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus; hybrid work setup in Pasay is available with mid or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA qualification is advantageous but not required.
• At least 4+ years of RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience, preferably in Shared Services or BPO.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.

The Successful Applicant

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Amenable to working on a hybrid setup based in Pasay. Open to mid shift or night shift schedule.
