Job summary

Accenture PLC in the Philippines is seeking an RTR Analyst Associate to support end-to-end accounting activities, including general ledger management, reconciliations, month-end close and financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 6 months to 2 years of RTR/GL/financial reporting experience, with onsite work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang and night shift feasibility.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 2 years of RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience in General Ledger Accounting, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations, Month-End Close, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shift.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field

• Treasury or cash management experience
