Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a high-level Record to Report Operations Senior Manager to lead the RTR tower in a return-to-office setup at Mandaluyong. You will own daily performance, ensure KPIs, and serve as primary client liaison for RTR matters.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, forecast and budget for the team, and oversee AR activities including aging, invoicing, and cash reconciliation, while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with policy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant work experience in RTR
• 10+ years supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operational performance management and ensure KPIs are met
• Act as point-of-contact of the company and the client in RTR
• Escalation point for all RTR issues raised by the client; ensure fast resolution
• Communicate with the client to ensure AR department complies with procedures
• Develops good client relationships and relations with colleagues
• Lead client meetings to discuss debtor performance and address issues
• Seek opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve collection-related processes
• Prepare forecasts/budget for the team and conduct manual invoices
• Review account status for credit release
• Contact customers to confirm open items for cash reconciliation, credit reconciliation, residual invoices
• Provide AR account updates and prepare aging report and send SOA to customers
• Identify AR accounts-related requests and process if approved
• Identify collection issues and elevate to responsible owner
• Prepare write off report
• Confirm disputed invoices and contact customers if dispute is valid
• Identify accounts with billing issues/revenue recognition problems
• Collect and gather data for AR Reports
• Prepare regular/daily reports
• Complies with all client policies and regulatory requirements
• Assists in creating Performance Improvement Plans for Team Members
• Facilitate the operational Change Request process
