Job summary

VRI Crew is seeking a role focused on Training & Development, Quality Assurance, and operations support. You will develop structured training plans, design courseware, and manage internal trainer teams while monitoring quality and productivity across projects.

You will collaborate with delivery teams and clients, provide updates and trend analyses, and assist with project-related tasks under the Project Manager. Strong English communication, independence, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured training plans based on client-provided materials.
• Design and maintain training courseware, tools, and documentation; manage and update training files.
• Support establishment and coordination of internal trainer teams.
• Oversee quality management processes and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
• Monitor contributor performance and analyze productivity trends to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, contributors, and clients to ensure alignment and provide regular updates and insights.
• Assist with additional project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Provide guidance and feedback to maintain performance standards.
