Mass Markets, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Account Leader to support our business development team. The role focuses on building relationships, qualifying leads, and coordinating sales activities in a fast-paced environment.

This position suits individuals with staffing or inside sales backgrounds who thrive on detail, organization, and collaboration across Marketing and Customer Service to drive strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or staffing roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Windows OS.

Responsabilités

• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads from a targeted prospect list.
• Sales Collaboration: Partner with Sales Reps to identify and pursue strategic targets.
• Presentation Support: Assist in drafting presentations and sales materials that clearly communicate our RPO solutions.
• CRM Management: Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system to support pipeline visibility and reporting.
• Proposal Development: Help generate proposals and coordinate documentation for client presentations.
• Sales Coordination: Manage schedules, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication across the sales team.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure timely execution of sales programs and promotions.
• Trend Monitoring: Track merchandising trends and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
• Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the sales process.
