Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in staffing/recruiting or account management.
• 6+ years leading recruitment teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience managing client/stakeholder relationships and recruitment strategy.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong project management and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment delivery for assigned RPO clients.
• Lead the recruitment team and drive performance against service objectives.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure exceptional client service.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs and deliver monthly/quarterly metrics.
• Identify system/process enhancements to meet business goals and deadlines.
• Mentor and develop team members and leadership potential.
• Ensure consistent execution of recruitment processes across multiple sites.
• Deliver performance reports and business reviews, including weekly updates and QBRs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with HR, technology liaisons, and delivery managers.
