GR8 Global Philippines seeks a Transactional Accountant to provide Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll processing, along with reconciliation and reporting support for multiple clients. The role includes rotational assignments across OAFC functions, focusing on Cannabis industry clients where applicable.

You will learn accounting practices and master tools across the workflow. The position offers exposure to client accounting operations, with opportunities to grow core competencies

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent training.
• Experience with payroll, payables, receivables and reconciliation is desired.
• Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting systems, QuickBooks (desktop and online) and Intacct preferred.
• Ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; team player with a positive attitude.
• Time management, independence, and accurate delivery of assignments.
• Solid understanding of accounting practices and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Complete rotational assignments in OAFC including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reconciliation, Compliance and Financial Reporting.
• With Accounting Manager, develop a plan and measurable goals for each rotation to ensure thorough understanding and effective results.
