Job summary

GR8 Global Philippines seeks a Managed Accounting Senior to provide outsourced accounting and financial reporting services to diverse clients. You will focus on operational accounting, ensuring accurate financial statements and timely reporting packages.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in A/P, A/R, payroll and reconciliations, with proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero and ERP tools. Strong communication in English and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience.
• Experience in A/P, A/R, Payroll, cash and credit card reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of financial reporting accuracy and timeliness of processing client information
• Bank and other balance sheet reconciliation and documentation
• Payroll preparation and reconciliation
• Review and approval of transactional accounting
• Review of general ledger for completeness and accuracy
• Management of weekly open items and communication with clients
• Review of month end journal entries including prepaids, accrued expenses, inventory, amortization etc.
• Preparation of initial draft financials and reporting package for completion by manager
• Coordinate weekly and monthly tasks with accounting staff
• Work with team to ensure timely month end close and delivery of financials
• Participate in career development activities and training of staff
• Develop and sustain relationships with client executives and senior management
