Job summary

GR8 Global Philippines is seeking an Audit Associate to support the audit team in performing financial statement audits, preparing workpapers, and reviewing client documentation under the guidance of senior team members.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational audit experience who wants to grow technical skills, gain exposure to clients in a collaborative professional services environment, and work onsite in Makati with occasional flex during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of audit or assurance experience.
• CPA certification or active progress toward CPA preferred.
• Basic understanding of audit procedures and financial statements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support audit team in performing financial statements audits.
• Prepare workpapers and schedules per firm standards.
• Review client documents, perform testing, and assist follow-up.
• Collect and summarize financial data for assigned tasks.
• Communicate audit status and requests with team members.
