Shore360, Inc. is seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team in the Philippines. You will manage quantity take-offs from building plans using CAD, estimate materials and labour for site-specific jobs, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver precise, timely estimates. The role requires strong attention to detail, methodical planning, and proficiency in estimating software and 3D CAD models.

Qualifications

• As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Estimator to join our team and help deliver accurate, confident pricing that supports successful builds.
• In this role, you'll manage your own workflow, work to deadlines, and collaborate closely with other members to ensure estimates are completed accurately and efficiently.
• To succeed, you'll be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

The role includes

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):

• Reading and interpreting building plans to carry out quantity take-offs using a CAD-based system
• Understanding customer specifications and providing appropriate solutions if required
• Ensuring accuracy of customer documentation and compliance requirements
• Estimating the materials and labour required on site-specific jobs
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Qualities we look for

• Construction industry and product knowledge
• Methodical with strong attention to detail
• Organised and Accurate
• Ability to accurately read and interpret building plans and 3D CAD models
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook
• Sound knowledge and application of mathematics
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with computer-based estimating packages
• Basic roofing knowledge
• Sound knowledge of Applicad Software preferred
• Training provided in Roof Wizard
• Proactive and interactive approach
