Job summary

The MRT7 Project under San Miguel Corporation seeks a Trackwork Technician. You will perform rotating-day/night maintenance, inspecting the mainline and depot to keep rails and switches in good condition. Qualifications

• Certification on vocational courses or diploma in a tech field.
• Graduate in mechanical/electrical/electromechanical/electronics or related engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-foot inspections of mainline and depot tracks.
• Conduct track geometry measurements and ultrasonic defect detection.
• Lubricate rails, switches, guardrails, and replace worn components.
• Document repairs in MMS and provide RCA-based incident reports.
• Coordinate with Fault Controller and QRT to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety protocols and timely technical reporting.
