Job summary

Nestle is seeking an Roles Administration Associate to manage end-user role assignments, localization, and approvals using SAP security tools within defined SLAs. You will collaborate with Internal Control and cross-market teams to address SoD concerns and ensure timely, compliant delivery of roles and access.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute end-user role assignments based on policies.
• Collaborate with Internal Control on role requests and SOx concerns.
• Perform end-user role localization and timely delivery.
• Create and update roles in PRAM.
• Raise RDS from Analyst or Market links.
• Document requests in the ticketing system per standards.
• Ensure tickets resolve within SLAs and KPIs.
• Respond to group mailbox promptly.
• First level analysis of authorization issues (SU53, role, activity types).
• Update CATS in a timely manner.
• Create/review/update Standard Routines.
• Adhere to GLOBE standards and risk controls.
• Deliver process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Position Summary

The Roles Administration Associate executes all transactional activities within Role Coordination function using the appropriate tool/s and procedures within the agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring compliance to internal control requirements.

• Evaluate and execute end-user role assignment request based on market agreed procedures/policies

• Collaborates with market Internal Control or Control Framework team on role assignment concerns like SOD, role-on-top and cross-market role requests.

• Performs End User Role localization and ensure it is delivered on time.

• Execute Role Variant creation and update in PRAM.

• Raise a RDS based on the input received from Analyst or Market Role Links.

• Documents all requests/activities in the ticket management tool following defined standards and best practices

• Ensures timely resolution of all tickets within agreed SLAs and KPIs

• Ensures timely response to emails sent to the group's generic mailbox

• First level analysis of issue related to authorization such as SU53 interpretation, role assignment, or activity types.

• Updates CATS in a timely manner

• Create/review/update Standard Routines

• Continuous awareness and adherance to GLOBE standards, control best practices and risk and control procedures

• Deliver process improvement initiatives

• Performs other tasks that can be assigned in relation to agreed developmental plan or that can be assigned from time to time.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.

• Experience in SAP security, user access management, IAM, or related IT support functions is an advantage.
