Job summary

Nestle is seeking an Roles Administration Associate to execute transactional activities in Role Coordination using SAP and related tools, ensuring compliance with internal controls and SLAs. The role involves handling end-user role assignments, localizations, and collaboration with control teams.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, plus knowledge of SAP governance, SoD, and ticketing processes. A multilingual, fast-paced environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with SAP security and user access management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with data handling capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute end-user role assignment requests according to market procedures.
• Collaborate on role assignment concerns with Internal Control teams.
• Localize end-user roles and ensure timely delivery.
• Execute Role Variant creation and updates in PRAM.
• Raise an RDS from Analyst inputs.
• Document requests in ticket management tool per standards.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets within SLAs/KPIs.
• Respond promptly to emails to the group's mailbox.
• First-level analysis of authorization issues (SU53, role assignment, activity types).
• Update CATS in a timely manner.
• Create/review/update Standard Routines.
• Adhere to GLOBE standards, control practices and risk procedures.
• Deliver process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
