Job summary

FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS is opening Hawker Chan in Glorietta, Makati, and seeks a Roasting Head Cook to lead roasting and braising in a fast-paced kitchen. You will ensure recipe adherence, portioning, and meat quality, while upholding hygiene standards.

You will oversee the roasting station, coordinate with the kitchen team, and support other duties. Training locations include One Ayala, Makati City, and SM Mall of Asia; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roasting and braising meat.
• Experience as Roasting Head Cook, Roast Cook, or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
• Familiar with proper food handling and kitchen sanitation.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Food safety certification is an advantage.
• Willing to start ASAP.
