Habitual Food Inc. is seeking a skilled cook with 3+ years of restaurant experience to join our cloud-kitchen team. You will manage daily ops, assist in inventory, prep ingredients for service, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have GMP/HACCP and food safety knowledge, with willingness to train and grow within the company’s development programs. Location options include Sampaloc, Taft, Bicutan, UP Town Center, or Commonwealth.

Competenze

• 3+ years of cooking experience in a restaurant setting.
• Graduate of an HRM or culinary school program or certificate preferred.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and Food Defense.
• Willing to work in Sampaloc, Taft, Bicutan, UP Town Center, or Commonwealth.
• Willing to learn and participate in training and development programs.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of cooking experience in a restaurant setting.

• Preferred: graduate of an HRM or culinary school program or certificate.

• Good understanding of various ingredients, culinary equipment, and cooking procedures. Knowledge of best practices for operating in a commercial kitchen setting.

• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense

• Willing to work in Sampaloc, Taft, Bicutan, UP Town Center, or Commonwealth.

• Willing to learn and eager to be part of the company’s training and development programs.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing critical day-to-day ops such as taking inventory, stocking stations, preparing ingredients for service, cooking during service, and maintaining the cleanliness of stations and the kitchen.

• Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.

• Maintaining the highest possible quality and meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times.
