Job summary

The Intellect Company is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional based in the Philippines to coordinate regional roadshows and support Client Success operations. The role focuses on behind-the-scenes execution, staffing roadshows, managing merch, and keeping operational processes running smoothly across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in an operations-heavy role is a plus, particularly in coordination, project or program operations, events or field operations, logistics or supply chain, procurement, or vendor management.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work Singapore business hours.

Responsibilities

• Roadshow coordination: staff, stock, and logistics for regional events.
• Own merchandise supply chain: forecast, order, and manage inventory, and liaise with vendors.
• Admin and operations: track costs, support CS operations, and maintain trackers and dashboards.
• Support onboarding and keep information aligned across teams.
