• Monitor shipment progress and report issues.
• Prepare Job Order and process hauler billings.
• Keep records of trip expenses and help in budgeting.
• Prepare delivery performance and efficiency reports.
• Review and improve road logistics policies.

What is this role about?

The role is responsible for providing support for day-to-day road transport operations; managing administrative tasks related to driver schedules, road freight billings, ensuring timely delivery of orders and other materials, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination among drivers, warehouses, and stakeholders.

What will YOU do?

• Coordinate the required tools and equipment before driver’s deployment to assigned location (PPE, workstation, communication allowance, endorsement to Warehouse Head, access to email and communication sites)
• Plan the truck driver schedule and deploy a reliever for the driver on leave
• Coordinate the delivery schedule with drivers and/or transport providers
• Monitor shipment progress and report issues such as delays, damages, or missing goods
• Prepare Job Order and process hauler billings
• Keeps records of trip expenses (meals, transportation, parking, accommodation) and assists in budgeting
• Prepare reports on delivery performance and efficiency
• Contribute to reviewing and improving policies and procedures related to road logistics
