Cognizant Softvision, LLC in the Philippines is seeking an RN with 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience to support product‑related calls. You will guide callers on describing product issues, document information precisely, and stay adaptable to shifting schedules and regulatory updates.

This onsite role offers growth within a global health and customer support environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, meticulous documentation, and familiarity with pharma or quality

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience.
• Basic understanding of medicines, product packaging, device components, or storage requirements.
• Ability to identify and understand product defects, device issues, or quality concerns.
• Strong communication skills for guiding callers in describing product‑related problems.
• Good attention to detail when documenting product information.
• Familiarity with pharma, consumer health, or quality handling environments is an advantage.
• Contact center or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules and adapt to process or regulatory updates.
• Amenable to work on Full Onsite setup.
