Cognizant is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Cebu City, Philippines for an onsite role supporting product quality and patient safety. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in BPO or healthcare, and a basic understanding of medicines, packaging, device components, or storage requirements.

You will guide callers to describe product-related problems, document details accurately, and adapt to shifting schedules and regulatory updates.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse (RN) role within Cognizant's healthcare/BPO domain.
• 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of medicines, product packaging, device components, or storage requirements.
• Ability to identify and understand product defects, device issues, or quality concerns.
• Strong communication skills for guiding callers in describing product-related problems.
• Good attention to detail when documenting product information.
• Familiarity with pharma, consumer health, or quality handling environments is an advantage.
• Contact center or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules and adapt to process or regulatory updates.
