Job summary

Eiger Support Systems Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Specialist to handle customer inquiries, process RMAs, credits, and freight claims.

The role requires ERP proficiency and strong English communication as you will interact with a US-based client base. You will work the evening shift (8:00 PM–11:00 PM Manila Time) and maintain high standards for accuracy, with a tech-ready setup including fast internet and a modern PC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an RMA Specialist or Customer Service Representative for a US-based company.
• 2+ years of experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, NetSuite or SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 95% accuracy.
• Willing to work the evening shift (8:00 PM–11:00 PM Manila Time).
• Stable 100 Mbps internet connection and a modern PC with dual monitors.

Responsibilities

• Process RMAs and call tags for defects, order entry errors, customer errors, and warehouse mis-shipments.
• Issue credits for returned shipments.
• Request cycle counts from warehouses to verify inventory and shipping discrepancies.
• Submit claims to the freight claims team for lost or damaged shipments.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the ERP system.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns related to return requests.
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff when needed.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
