Responsibilities

• Communicate with global customers via email to address after-sales and RMA issues, improving satisfaction.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, logistics tracking, and ensure order fulfillment.
• Process customer returns and exchanges, including communication, system registration, and follow-up.
• Document and track after-sales exceptions to promote issue resolution.
• Assist in training new employees on after-sales processes and enhance team capabilities.
• Continuously optimize after-sales workflows to boost efficiency and customer experience.
