Job summary

Proof of Search is seeking an experienced Risk Strategy Leader to design and run end-to-end risk controls across fiat and crypto. The role owns fraud prevention, AML strategy and fund flow risk across the customer lifecycle, from fiat on/off-ramps to on-chain transfers.

This hands-on strategy and decisioning role partners with regional Risk & AML operations and collaborates with Product, Engineering and Compliance globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud risk, AML, payments risk or risk strategy.
• 3+ years in leadership.
• Background in payments, crypto exchanges or fintech platforms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end risk strategy (fraud, AML and fund flows).
• Fiat risk and payment flow control across onboarding, deposits and withdrawals.
• Fund flow analysis and risk decisioning across fiat and crypto.
• On-chain risk and tooling for blockchain analytics platforms.
• Risk systems and platform development for rule engines and case management.
• Data-driven optimisation and KPI tracking for fraud and AML.
• Leadership and collaboration with regional and cross-functional teams.
