The ideal candidate will take charge of fraud prevention and AML strategies, managing risk across the entire lifecycle. This role emphasizes the analysis of fund flows to identify suspicious patterns and requires effective collaboration with the local Risk & AML team in the Philippines. Strong data skills with experience in relevant tools are essential for the position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud risk, AML, payments risk, or risk strategy.
• Strong experience with payments, crypto exchanges, or fintech platforms.
• Proven experience managing fiat transaction risk and/or payment fraud.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall fraud prevention and AML strategy.
• Analyze and trace end-to-end fund flows across fiat and crypto.
• Lead the design of scalable risk infrastructure.
