Bitfinex is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Investigator to safeguard the platform by identifying and mitigating financial crime risks across fiat and crypto. You will analyze alerts, assess unusual activity, and collaborate with AML Investigators and Product teams to improve monitoring controls.

Qualificações

• Experience in the compliance field within the industry.
• Solid understanding of AML/KYC/CTF policies, laws and sanctions.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto assets.
• Experience with a Blockchain analytical/transaction monitoring tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to source and understand multilingual documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize transaction monitoring rules to detect AML/CTF risks.
• Analyze alerts from fiat and crypto trades to mitigate platform risk.
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting anomalies for senior management.
• Collaborate with AML Investigators and Product teams on high-risk cases.
• Continuously improve KYC/AML/CTF controls and policies.
