Key Responsibilities
Compliance Learning Administration
- Coordinate mandatory, regulatory and role-based compliance learning programs.
- Manage learner enrolments, assignments and completion tracking within learning systems.
- Monitor compliance completion rates and follow-up requirements.
- Coordinate learner reminders, overdue communications and escalation activities.
- Maintain accurate compliance learning records and audit evidence.
- Support annual mandatory training campaigns and regulatory learning cycles.
- Maintain training matrices and compliance learning requirements.
Reporting & Compliance Monitoring
- Produce regular compliance training reports and dashboards.
- Monitor learner completion progress and compliance targets.
- Conduct data quality reviews and investigate reporting discrepancies.
- Support audit requests and evidence gathering activities.
- Maintain compliance tracking tools and performance reporting.
Learning Operations Support
- Support the administration of compliance-related learning activities contained within the annual training plan.
- Coordinate learner communications, registration management and attendance tracking.
- Maintain compliance learning schedules and calendars.
- Assist with training evaluations and learner feedback collection.
Compliance Learning Design Support
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance learning resources.
- Update existing training content.
- Upload and maintain learning content within learning platforms.
- Assist with the creation of simple learning materials and digital resources (training provided).
- Support the implementation of new mandatory, regulatory or role-based compliance learning requirements.
AI, Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI and digital tools.
- Use Microsoft Copilot and other approved technologies to streamline administrative processes and reporting activities.
- Assist in the development of automated workflows, templates and reporting solutions.
- Recommend improvements to learning administration processes and learner communications.
- Support Capability Excellence initiatives focused on innovation, productivity and continuous improvement.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and opportunities to improve learning operations.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong administration, coordination or operations experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong written communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Highly Desirable
- Experience supporting compliance, regulatory or mandatory training programs.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, AI tools or workflow automation solutions.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, process improvement and innovation.
- Experience producing dashboards or automated reporting solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-4 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field, with demonstrated success in leading advanced educational programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
SOFTWARE:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and extensive familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
PERSONALITY MATCH/SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple learning programs simultaneously.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
