Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation invites a Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation to design, develop, and scale automated reporting and dashboards for global risk oversight. You’ll collaborate across actuarial, finance, risk, and engineering to streamline reporting, enforce controls, and evolve analytics using Power Platform, Azure, Databricks, and GenAI capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
5+ years of analytics, BI, reporting automation, or risk technology experience.
Advanced proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.
Strong skills in dashboards, reports, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Experience building low-code and pro-code apps, workflows, and integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain analytics dashboards and digital solutions for risk oversight.
Partner with global risk stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting and automation.
Lead development of risk dashboards and monitoring for market and liquidity risk oversight.
Develop data visualizations and self-service reporting for executive risk committees.
Advance AI and Generative AI capabilities to enhance risk commentary, data quality, and efficiency.
