Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation to join the Global Risk Intelligence and Technology function. The role focuses on analytics, AI agents, reporting, modeling, automation, and risk governance.

You will work with IRM teams, automation COE, and analytics groups to deliver automated reporting and AI-driven risk insights. Responsibilities include delivering monthly/quarterly/annual IRM reports to the CRO and risk committees, advancing automated reporting, and

Qualifications

Experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting AI agents and agentic workflows in enterprise environments.
Experience building AI-powered solutions using Azure/OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
Ability to integrate AI with enterprise data sources and systems (SharePoint, SQL, APIs, Dataverse, Salesforce).
Strong understanding of Generative AI architecture, RAG, orchestration, and governance.
Proven ability to measure AI performance via adoption metrics, accuracy, and business impact.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM reporting for executive and Board risk committees.
Automate IRM reporting and implement enterprise data analytics across the function.
Lead automation of data collection, cleaning, and KPI identification for risk monitoring.
Develop AI-driven monitoring workflows and AI agents for risk analytics.
Collaborate with Risk and Technology Tooling on data ingestion, mapping, and validation.
Document processes and support ad hoc analytics requests as needed.
