Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Driver Marketing to grow the driver network and optimize onboarding. Lead multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, and referral programs to increase sign-ups and retention.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Brand, and PR to tailor communications, improve driver experience, measure ROI, and drive growth while upholding safety and brand standards. Flexible onsite/remote/hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in marketing.
• Excellent marketing sense and strong communication skills across the coverage area.

Now, we’re looking for a Head of Driver Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the supply of drivers on the platform, ensuring regional and seasonal demand is met.
• Design targeted acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (digital, on-ground activations, partnerships, etc.).
• Oversee referral programs, incentive structures, and bonuses that encourage driver sign-ups and onboarding.
• Partner with Product and Operations teams to optimize driver onboarding flows.

• Lead lifecycle marketing strategies to keep drivers engaged, motivated, and loyal to the platform.
• Develop communication strategies that address driver concerns, promote earnings potential, and highlight platform benefits.
• Implement recognition and reward programs to retain top-performing drivers and boost morale.

• Own end-to-end driver communication, ensuring clarity, empathy, and timeliness.
• Manage messaging across channels (SMS, in-app notifications, social media) to ensure alignment with driver sentiment.
• Act as the voice of the driver community, leveraging feedback to inform company strategy.

• Analyze driver performance metrics, churn rates, and satisfaction scores to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with data teams to measure ROI on campaigns, incentives, and other initiatives.

• Work closely with Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams to align strategies that improve the driver experience.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and PR to highlight driver success stories and build a positive brand reputation.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
