Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) is seeking a Head of Driver Marketing to drive growth of our driver network across the Philippines. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, oversee referral programs, and partner with Product and Operations to optimize onboarding flows.

You will lead lifecycle marketing to keep drivers engaged, communicate platform benefits, and recognize top performers. Collaborate with Brand Marketing and PR to build a positive driver-centric story while aligning with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in marketing or growth roles.
• Strong marketing sense and excellent communication in the coverage area.

Now, we're looking for a Head of Driver Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the supply of drivers on the platform, ensuring regional and seasonal demand is met.
• Design targeted acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (digital, on-ground activations, partnerships, etc.).
• Oversee referral programs, incentive structures, and bonuses that encourage driver sign-ups and onboarding.
• Partner with Product and Operations teams to optimize driver onboarding flows.

• Lead lifecycle marketing strategies to keep drivers engaged, motivated, and loyal to the platform.
• Develop communication strategies that address driver concerns, promote earnings potential, and highlight platform benefits.
• Implement recognition and reward programs to retain top-performing drivers and boost morale.

• Own end-to-end driver communication, ensuring clarity, empathy, and timeliness.
• Manage messaging across channels (SMS, in-app notifications, social media) to ensure alignment with driver sentiment.
• Act as the voice of the driver community, leveraging feedback to inform company strategy.

• Analyze driver performance metrics, churn rates, and satisfaction scores to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with data teams to measure ROI on campaigns, incentives, and other initiatives.

• Work closely with Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams to align strategies that improve the driver experience.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and PR to highlight driver success stories and build a positive brand reputation.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above in relevant fields such as Marketing, business administration/management
• Relevant working experience of above 5 years in a leadership capacity role.
• Excellent marketing sense, strong communication skills in the assigned coverage area.
