The role works under the Grower Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are policy-aware, commercially impactful, and aligned with national and local priorities, with execution across multiple levels.

Responsabilités

• Campaign strategy & planning for rice portfolio across national, regional, and local levels.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with government units, value chain partners, and growers.
• Design farmer-focused campaigns, demos, field days, and education programs.
• Develop campaign narratives and materials that align with national rice sufficiency goals.
• Translate strategy into execution toolkits for field teams and partners.
• Coordinate with Creative, Technical, and Digital teams on rice content and success stories.
• Monitor campaigns for consistency across regions and channels and drive improvements.
