Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Management or related field.
• 3–5+ years experience in agribusiness, seeds, rice, or crop-related marketing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns for Syngenta’s hybrid rice portfolio across institutional, general trade and farmers.
• Collaborate with GMM to ensure policy-aware, stakeholder-aligned campaigns.
• Develop annual rice campaign strategies aligned with government programs and agricalendars.
• Translate portfolio priorities into objectives and activation plans across channels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure commercially impactful campaigns.
• Monitor market insights and campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Master’s degree (advantage)
