Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a senior professional to manage a portfolio of Due Diligence Questionnaires and respond to RFPs for clients, prospects, and consultants. You will lead content updates, collaborate with regional marketing on materials, and deploy marketing automation campaigns to support thought leadership initiatives.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data analytics, and strong client service.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in financial services, marketing, project management or related work.
3-4 years of experience in a senior or specialist role.
Project management or digital marketing experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of data analytics, process improvement and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

Oversees development of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and complex questionnaire inputs.
Identifies new and amended content for the RFP database and removes expired content.
Provides answers from the RFP database and SMEs to client teams responding to questionnaires.
Works with regional marketing to develop and edit promotional materials and newsletters.
Creates programs in marketing automation for monthly thought leadership newsletters or campaigns.
Maintains marketing presentations and contact database, ensuring content is up to date.
