Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and contributes to complex sections.
• Identifies new and amended content for the RFP database and removes expired content.
• Provides answers from the RFP database and SMEs to RFP teams and Relationship Managers.
• Collaborates with regional marketing specialists to develop and edit promotional materials for business initiatives.
• Develops campaigns in a marketing automation tool for monthly newsletters and other communications.
• Maintains marketing presentations and contact databases, ensuring content is up to date.
• Allocates tasks to junior team members and ensures timely delivery.
• Communicates with home location to provide status updates and escalate issues.
• Leads root cause analyses to address issues and prevent recurrence.
• Reports on workload, KPIs, RCA, and initiatives to stakeholders monthly.
• Maintains DPADs and updates procedures when processes change.
• Supports management in strategic initiatives and achieving business goals.
• Delivers training and provides feedback on training effectiveness.
• Identifies opportunities to reduce cost and FTE to meet productivity targets.
