Job summary

WeConnect Technology Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced telecom analytics professional in Cebu City to drive RF optimization and cross-domain network analytics. The role emphasizes improving OSS/DT/VDT KPIs, leveraging data analytics, and automation through open‑source scripting.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in telecom (vendor or service provider) with deep knowledge of 2G–5G SA/NSA and familiarity with optimization tools and mapping suites.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge on all technologies 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G SA/NSA.
• At least 7 years experience in telecom industry (vendor or service provider).
• RF optimization expertise to improve OSS and DT/VDT KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and discuss with customers improvement areas and challenges related to technology.
• Document and present a service offering, including customer values.
• Work in one Service Area with more complex projects.
• Transform current NDO ways of working towards analytics.
• Intelligent data usage and adoption of new analytics tools and frameworks.
• Develop on-demand scripts to facilitate small manual tasks.

• - Deep knowledge on all technologies 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G SA/NSA


• - With at least 7 years experience in the telecom industry either on vendor or service provider environment


• - RF Optimization expertise for the improvement of OSS and DT/VDT KPIs to meet customer requirement.


• - Familiar with optimization tools such as ITK, ENIQ, mapping tools (QGIS, Mapinfo, Google Earth), Nepa, etc…


• - Multi domain knowledge on RAN, Transport, Core.


• - Suggest resolution of technical problems within multiple domains.


• - Analyze and discuss with customer improvement areas and challenges related to technology.


• - Document and present a service offering, including customer values.


• - Working in one Service Area with more complex project.


• - Transform current NDO ways of working towards analytics.


• - Intelligent data usage and new analytics tools and frameworks expertise.


• - Hold basic knowledge on open source programming language. Develop on demand scripts that can facilitate small manual tasks.
